Planning
Schedule an initial meeting to understand your vision. We will take what we learned and create a detailed scope of work, preliminary budget, and present contract agreement to you.
Design Development
Work with my team to present concept photos to establish design direction. Develop plans and layouts with schematic-level interior material selections.
Documentation
Once all selections and details have been finalized, we document materials and lighting on plans and sketches.
We provide specifications to the owner and contractor for all materials to be purchased for your project.
Interior Architecture and Interior Project Management
Take a project from the ground up. Coordination with Architect, Owner, and Builder on all aspects of the interior project.
